Terms of Service
INTRODUCTIONWelcome to anoanni's commission's page, operated by anoanni ("I", "Me"). Please read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") the client ("You") agrees to when requesting a commission.TERMS- All commissions are digital, no physical items will be shipped unless otherwise expressed.- I will refuse any commission I do not wish to accept without explanation.- I will not accept any time-sensitive commission but will maintain contact with you throughout the process, providing updates, and deliver the final piece to you as soon as possible.- You are expected to provide references. If you would like me to create anything from scratch it will incur additional cost.- Please inform me of commissions that will be used for commercial content (branded sonas/VTuber/PNGTuber models) before submitting a form. Commercial use will have additional cost.- I take up-front payment for commissions before starting. If I start the commission and you do not want it anymore, you will be refunded 50%. If I am unable to complete the commission, you will be refunded in full.- All payments are processed through PayPal.-You are expected to provide updated contact information and inform me of any changes as necessary.- If I am unable to reach you via any provided contact info, I will cancel the commission after 10 business days, and you will not receive a refund.COPYRIGHT & USAGE- Unless otherwise discussed, commissions are for personal, non-commercial use by default.- I renounce any responsibility for copyright infringement. When providing me with references, you guarantee ownership of the correct licenses for materials.- I reserve the copyright of the final piece and the right to use commissions for self-promotional content (social media posts, process live streams, other process videos and content.) Full privacy from social media and the public eye will have additional cost.- Use of commissioned products in any blockchain-related technology (e.g. NFTs and cryptocurrency) or any AI training is prohibited. Use of my work in any capacity for these purposes will result in a permanent block from all future commissions.
